I can help you get there! 

I’m Val, physician, wellness coach and founder of Vital Valence. 

I’ve been there: I was so caught up with the day-to-day demands, that I put some pertinent items in my life on the back-burner all of which ultimately built up and created a sense of clutter. That clutter was stressful and disabling to my productivity. I found a way to streamline my life and many others.

 
 
 

HOW DO I HELP YOU?

As a doctor who also coaches, I help other professional women become in tune with their health so that they can have energy and clarity in their personal pursuits!

Through my personal experience and of those who I’ve worked with, “Refine and Restore” was created to streamline and support women with busy and full lifestyles to minimize burnout.

What I’ve realized is this: when you are living in a constant state of clutter, you tend to feel bogged down, stressed and drained. Before you know it you’re burning out.

Refine and Restore is an online, self-paced course that will guide you in cultivating a fluid and well-supported lifestyle.

You invest in learning how to evolve from being a stressed-out, burnt-out mess into a brilliant and revitalized woman.

Over the course of 5 weeks I will guide you in streamlining your surroundings and your life so you can replenish your mind and body to better handle everyday stressors.

  • Learn how to use deep breathing techniques and meditation can support your mind.

WEEK 4 | Restore Your Lifestyle

  • Learn how to use foods as medicine to support your body during periods of stress.

Are the Q&A calls like coaching sessions?

Not quite. These calls are oriented to answer any questions or brainstorm any ideas to help you through the process. Depending on scheduling of other clients, Q&A calls can involve multiple participants.

If you’re interested in coaching, you can schedule a separate session here to discuss the support and the type of program you need.

Is coaching right for me?

Coaching is supposed to be an enjoyable process. It’s most enjoyable when you are ready and committed to it. But, it’s not an easy process. You do most of the work! Here’s the upside… I’ll be here to help you through it and keep you accountable and on track. 

Here’s the bottom line, coaching is not going to be someone who isn’t ready or willing to do the work.

What is the Vital Experience?

The vital experience is this: imagine sitting right next to me, talking you through the program with a light soundtrack in the background. It’s an organic experience, where you hear what’s has caught my ear’s interest to accompany us.

Here, “Refine and Restore” is a series of collections of the Vital Experience where I provide an audio version of the program.

What type of person is not fit for this?

Pretty much someone who isn’t ready to make a change or willing to do the work. Not everyone is ready for making a change. 

Will this work for me?

Yes! But to be honest there are no guarantees. You have to be willing to do the work (sorry to be a broken record). If you want to see changes in your life and follow through with your intentions, you’ll see results.
