I created Vital Valence to coach busy women like you to build a healthier lifestyle into your hectic schedule.
We easily become swallowed up with the never-ending list of things to do at work and let’s not forget at home, too! It’s no secret, we tend to put ourselves on the bottom on of the list. We sacrifice our sleep, our diet, even our whole way of living just get by day-to-day. We don’t feel happy about what we’re doing to ourselves, but it works! Right?? NOPE, Not at all. It doesn’t work.

The feelings of “stressed”, “tired”, or some other drab feeling are signs that your health and happiness are being compromised.
I’ve been there.
I started my career as a physician and I was pretty excited about it. I worked as a physician for several years and I enjoyed my work. There were downsides to my career: being a physician was stressful, I had long hours and an erratic sleep schedule. I didn’t create the time for exercise and adopted poor eating habits. I felt tired all the time, I gained weight, my hair was thinning out, my mental clarity suffered.
The bottom line: I was feeling like crap. Let’s be honest here.
I couldn’t ignore the signs. I knew I had to get it together and improve my lifestyle. By all means, it was no easy feat nor fix. It’s hard to change! I’ve figured out my formula and incorporated elements that helped me support my ultimate wellness.
I’ve used my knowledge in internal medicine and functional medicine to help nourish my mind and my body. I’ve designed my personal exercise regimen, adopted a healthier (and individualized) way of eating, and found a mode of meditation that worked for me. I don’t intend to make it sound simple, it certainly wasn’t! Reshaping my habits to live a healthier lifestyle in simple and enjoyable ways was a process.
The end product: I learned how to elevate my lifestyle to a healthier level.
It’s my mission to help motivated, smart, women to have a positive experience with their wellness. As a lifestyle coach, I combine my professional and personal experiences to help you curate a unique & individualized wellness practice that allows you to feel energized and grounded so that you can lead your career and your social life with more motivation and confidence.
